Please follow the steps to transfer shares using DIS: -

Fill Beneficiary Account Number, ISIN Number, Security Name, Quantity, Transfer Instruction in DIS Slip (Delivery Instruction slip).

Duly sign and submit the DIS Slip to your DP through courier before 4 p.m. It will be updated on the same day.

If you're frequently transferring shares, consider using NSDL’s Speed-e platform, which enables online transfers and may be more convenient than physical DIS slips.
