How to close Demat & Trading accounts online?

The process for closing accounts online: -

1. Log in to our ticket portal.

2. Go to the "Services" icon from the left side.

3. Click on "Online Account Close."

4. Fill up the required details and submit.

5. We will check and verify your ticket.

6. After verification, you need to digitally e-sign the closing form by entering the Aadhaar OTP.

7. After e-signing, the account will be closed within 7 days.

Note: If your mobile number and email ID are not linked with Aadhar, you will need to sign and send the generated closure form physically to our corporate office. Make sure there are no shares or funds present in the account and ensure the account does not have a negative balance.
