How to Pledge my shares?

Log in to the Backoffice Portal.
Use your credentials to access the Shilpi Backoffice platform.
Navigate to 'In Request' on the Dashboard.
From the dashboard, go to the "In Request" section.
Select 'Margin Pledge'.
Choose "Margin Pledge" from the available request types.
Select Scrip and Quantity.
- Search for and select the desired scrip (stock).
- Enter the number of shares you wish to pledge.
Submit the Request.
Click on "Send Request" to proceed.
Approve via Link (NSDL).
- After submitting, you’ll receive a link from NSDL via SMS/email.
- Click the link, enter the OTP, and confirm the pledge.
Margin Benefit Timing.
Once confirmed, it typically takes 2 to 3 hours for the margin to reflect in your trading account.

You can also directly request pledging or Unpledging by sending an email from your registered email ID to:

Mention your client code, scrip name, and quantity clearly in the request.
