Why did I get a message saying that my withdrawal request was processed even though I didn't place a request?

This may be due to quarterly settlement purposes. As per SEBI guidelines, clients whose funds and securities are maintained on a running account basis have to be settled by members on a monthly/quarterly basis as per the client mandate.

So, we need to clear your balance/securities within this time frame. You can re-transfer the funds on the same day.
