What are the Documents or Checklist required to open a FPI account?
Documents required to open a FPI account are: -
- Pan Card Copy of the investor.
- Address Proof Copy of the investor.
- Required Board resolution.
- MOA prospectus etc.).
- Certificate of Incorporation.
- FATCA or CRS Form or KYC Form.
- Copy of POA given in Favour of custodian & it should be mentioned in POA that custodian can open trading a/c with any member broker.
- Authorized Signatories LIST.
- Duly signed & filled in all respect account opening form including Fatca/income/net worth details if POA not in Favour of custodian.
- List of Ultimate Beneficial Owners, including the details of intermediate BO Identity Proof.
- Self-attested copy of the PAN card.
- Bank statement of the FPI bank account/Bank details proof of cheque or latest bank statement printed on custodian letter head.
- CMR copy of the custodial demats account (FPI or dp details on custodian letter head.
- CP allotment letter from exchange provided by the custodian.
- SEBI certificate provided by the custodian.
- List of investors
- Power of Attorney given by FPI to Custodians specifying the address (duly notarized and/or An a An apostille / Consularize Copy of the Latest Shareholding pattern on the letterhead of the company
- A copy of the Balance Sheet of the Corporate Firm for the last 2 Financial Years if newly incorporated then a net worth certificate required from CA.
Note: All the documents have to be Stamped & signed by the Authorized Signatories & Individual KYC of investors along with their PAN card, Address proof.
