What are the Documents or the checklist required to open a corporate account?

Documents required to open a corporate account are: 

1.      Copy of PAN Card of the Company.

2.      Address Proof of the Company.

3.      Copy of the Balance Sheets for the last 2 financial years (to be submitted every year).

4.      Copy of the latest Shareholding Pattern, including a list of all those holding control, either directly or indirectly (on the company's letterhead).

5.      Copy of PAN Cards of all Directors, including authorized persons/directors.

6.      Copy of Address Proof for all Directors, including authorized persons/directors.

7.      Two pages of Individual KYC form filled and signed by the Directors. The Director has to sign without the stamp on individual KYCs and supporting docs.

8.      Recent Photographs of all Directors/Authorized Persons.

9.      Copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and Certificate of Incorporation.

10.  Copy of the Board Resolution for investment in the securities market (on the company's letterhead).

11.  List of Directors (on the company's letterhead).

12.  Authorized Signatories List with specimen signatures (on the company's letterhead).

13.  Cancelled Cheque.

14.  Copy of the latest two years of ITR.

15.  IF newly incorporated then required Net Worth Certificate duly certified by a Chartered Accountant (net worth should be not older than one year).
